WHILE MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION WITHIN THIS AREA WAS LIGHT, THERE WAS SOME MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN, ESPECIALLY OVER THE NORTHEASTERN SHORE OF MARYLAND.
